Tube Service Centres
3D laser cutting on tubes
The extensive expertise of Manni Sipre Service Centres combines traditional band saw cutting, ideal for splitting, cut-to-length and angled cutting operations, with an advanced machine fleet dedicated to CO₂ and fibre laser cutting, using either oxygen or nitrogen.
Our latest Lasertube systems enable both 2D and 3D laser cutting of tubes. In 2D cutting, the laser head remains perpendicular to the tube surface, whereas 3D laser cutting allows inclinations of up to 45°, making it possible to create bevels and partial bevels directly on the profile. These features ensure superior accuracy and are particularly valuable for welding preparation and subsequent assembly operations.
A wide range of additional processing options is also available, including notches, slots, holes and marking operations, all designed to simplify and improve the positioning of components during assembly.
Thanks to full integration with CAD/CAM systems, components intended for further assembly can be manufactured in a single production stage, including complex intersections and connections between different profiles. This streamlines assembly processes, increases dimensional accuracy, reduces the risk of errors and delivers significant cost savings.
By leveraging the full potential of our laser cutting technologies, we provide high-precision, reliable and efficient solutions that optimise downstream manufacturing processes and enhance the overall quality of the finished product.
Threading of tubes and profiles
Among the available processes, we offer drilling, threading and flowdrill, ideal for subsequent applications of additional elements such as plates or secondary parts including accessories or plant components.
Dedicated surface treatments for tubes
Depending on customer requirements, we also offer surface treatments such as galvanizing, shot blasting and painting. It is also possible to apply visible marking after surface treatments, ensuring full traceability throughout the process.
Why choose Manni Sipre Tube Service Centres
Our technical team is available to customers to provide specific product consultancy, identifying the most effective solutions to simplify the subsequent phases of assembly and welding.
Thanks to the capabilities of our laser systems, we are also able to guarantee more precise, reliable and efficient processing.
Integrated software solutions optimise nesting on the parent bar, helping to reduce scrap and improve the precision of processing.
In addition, our extensive service centre network, combined with a large stock of tubes, beams and other steel products, enables us to guarantee fast and reliable deliveries, helping customers meet even the most demanding production schedules.
